Figure flattering blouse flares at the bottom with a ruffle and features ruffled, stand up collar, button up front placket trimmed with more ruffles, and ruffled and lace trim flared cuffs on long sleeves. The sleeves have a lace band with woven white satin ribbon to tie as you'd like and pleated ruffles at the top. Self tie attached belt ties into a bow in back to give you a flattering waist. Accented with an attached pink ribbon tie at the neck and comes with 4 detached white bows you can pin wherever you want.
