Standard Delivery:
We ship most orders via United States Postal Service (USPS) in unmarked or Priority Mail boxes - see USPS.com for standard rates. Items under 1 lb will be sent via First Class Mail, items over a pound are via Priority Mail - both of which are delivered within 2-5 days to most areas of the US. Heavy items may ship via US Parcel Post or UPS with 2-9 day delivery time.

Costs are dependent upon weight of your item(s) - the average within the US is $6.00 for most items - the cart calculates costs for you. All items are shipped with Delivery Confirmation and fragile items include insurance at no additional cost to you. Delivery Confirmation is not a perfect tracking system, but does provide some delivery information. Contact us for your DC number if needed.

Express Shipping:
If you need something by a particular date, please be sure to remark it in the comments and we will do everything possible to get it to you by your required date. As we deal with a variety of manufacturers, please know that we cannot guarantee delivery by a certain date unless it is an item we have in our current inventory.

Be sure to select "Express Shipping" from the cart during checkout for rush service. For items we do not have in stock, we will order the items express from the manufacturer and ship them to you via Express as soon as it arrives. Please note that imported pieces such as those by Alchemy Gothic in the UK are NOT available for express shipment.

Free Shipping:
We sometimes offer free shipping on orders over a certain amount. Please note this applies only to orders shipped within the United States and only for standard shipping. If you need your order to be shipped overseas or via Express shipping, be certain to select these choices when checking out instead of the Free Shipping option. Orders which do not meet the Free Shipping criteria will be charged our standard shipping rate.

U.S. Territories:
All packages are sent Standard Shipping via United States Postal Service (USPS).
We ship to U.S. Territories including, Puerto Rico, American Samoa, Marshall Islands, Palau, US Virgin Islands and Guam.

APO and FPO Addresses:
All packages are sent Standard Shipping via United States Postal Service (USPS).
Orders will typically arrive within 7-10 business days. Tracking numbers are not issued for shipments to APO and FPO addresses.

P.O. Boxes:
All packages are sent Standard Shipping via United States Postal Service (USPS).

Shipping Internationally:
All packages are sent via United States Postal Service (USPS). Tracking numbers are not issued for International orders.

Orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country. LABEShops does not collect import duties and taxes and cannot predict these particular charges. These duties and taxes are not included with the freight calculation and are the responsibility of the customer. For information regarding your country’s customs policies, please contact your local customs office.

In Stock Items:
Merchandise in stock is usually processed and shipped within 24 hours. If the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock, we will order it from the manufacturer within 48 hours of your payment clearing and usually receive the items from the manufacturers within 5-7 days. Items ship to you the day they arrive via Priority Mail (average 3 day delivery to you).

We will notify you by email of the expected shipping time if the item is backordered by the manufacturer usually within 3-4 business days of your placing your order. Backorders are beyond our control and you may cancel your order at any time - please notify us if you decide you do not wish to wait for backordered items.

Items shipped from the Manufacturer:
Some of our manufacturers help us deliver to you quicker by shipping directly to you. These items are stated in the description and can be shipped Express or Overnight when the items are in stock. This items are shipped via FedEx or UPS and must be shipped to a street address. They do not ship directly to International addresses - all international orders for these items will go thru us as a Standard Shipping order.

Items shipped direct to you will not include a packing list - you may print your receipt at any time by logging into you account and viewing your order.
